The company's predecessor was Beijing Miyun Yanjing Garments Factory, which was started in 1983 and was renamed Beijing Jiahong Garments Co., Ltd. upon system reform in 1999. Through many years' accumulation the company has become a medium-sized enterprise integrating industry and trade till 2007, inclusive of 3 processing plants, embroidery plant, quilting plant, sweater plant, printworks, washing plant and international trade Dept., with the fixed assets of RMB 20 million and 1200 staffs.
The company's basic industry is garments processing. It mainly undertakes to process various kinds of leisure jackets, trousers and children's clothing, with the annual production of 2,500,000 trousers or children's clothing and 300,000 jackets. The sweater plant mainly contracts to process hand-knit sweaters, with the annual production of 100,000 pieces. Besides meeting the production requirements of the company itself, the embroidery plant, quilting plant, sweater plant, printworks, washing plant also undertake lots of external processing businesses.
